We represent a small, curated network of private chefs — not a staffing roster. Every household we place into has a kitchen, a program, and expectations we've already assessed. You're not walking in blind, and neither are they.
What we look for
Technical range, professional kitchen experience, and the discipline and consistency to run a household kitchen at a high level, day in and day out. We place chefs who value a real relationship with the people they cook for.
Private service also asks for a different kind of steadiness — the temperament to absorb shifting preferences, last-minute changes, and a household's particular rhythms without losing consistency at the stove.
Discretion matters as much as skill. Our households value their privacy, and the chefs who thrive with them understand that instinctively.
